Installing resistance wires is easier. Ceramic fiber is a fiber like lightweight insulation material that is loose and porous. After the insulation construction of the resistance furnace lining is completed, ceramic nails can be directly inserted into the ceramic fiber lining and resistance wires can be hung on it. The resistance furnace with refractory brick lining requires customized shaped refractory bricks and corresponding specifications of ceramic nail hanging resistance wires.

The resistance wire has a longer service life. After the insulation construction of the resistance furnace lining is completed, it can be used directly without the need for baking. Ceramic nails are less susceptible to cold and hot impacts and have a long service life. However, resistance furnaces using Refractory castables are prone to damage due to wet construction, as the ceramic nails may be wetted by liquid and improperly baked.

Reduce costs and increase efficiency, without the need for drying ovens, reducing enterprise time costs and other expenses.
