Ceramic fiber textiles include ceramic fiber cloth, tape, twisted rope, round braided rope, and square braided rope, all manufactured from high-quality ceramic fiber materials. These textile products are designed for high-temperature applications up to 2300°F (1260°C).
Ceramic fiber ropes are reinforced with fiberglass filaments, with optional Inconel or alloy steel wire reinforcement available for enhanced mechanical strength and higher temperature performance. Ceramic fiber textiles (cloth, tape, and rope) contain a controlled amount of organic binder, which burns out at lower temperatures without affecting the thermal insulation properties.
The different textile constructions are engineered to meet specific application requirements:
twisted rope offers a soft and flexible structure, while round and square braided ropes provide a denser, more durable construction for demanding sealing and insulation applications.

Common applications include door seals and caulking for ovens, furnaces, and boilers, as well as expansion joints, cable and pipe wrapping, and high-temperature seals or gaskets.
Ceramic fiber textile products are widely used in welding operations, foundries, aluminum and steel mills, boiler insulation and sealing systems, exhaust systems, shipyards, refineries, power plants, and chemical plants.
In addition, we supply a wide range of refractory and thermal insulation materials to meet diverse industrial requirements.
