Description:
Leadsun fused zircon corundum brick is a white solid formed by pure alumina powder and zircon sand containing zirconia of 65% and about 34% of silica in the electric melting furnace and then injected into the mold to be cooled.
Zircon brick / Zirconia bricks have the advantage of mechanical strength, excellent stability to thermal shock, resistance to
corrosion, high refractoriness under load and inertness, high density, etc. It is widely used in glass furnace, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, and pure steel furnace. Please see listed applications on lower right of this page.

Fused Cast AZS block as an important role used in Glass Furnace is made of pure alumina powder and zircon sand and is composed of three main chemical components of Al2O3, ZrO2 and SiO2,most widely used materials both in glass contact and superstructure of glass melting furnaces. The products are made of high pure material, fired at high temperature by advanced technology, with the advantages of high strength, high compression resistance, good thermal shock resistance, good performance in high temperature, good thermal conductivity,excelerosion resistance and used for linings of furnace in glass industries.
AZS bricks, also known as fused zirconia corundum bricks, are made by carefully selected zircon sand and industrial aluminum oxide powder in a 1:1 ratio, with a small amount of flux added, mixed evenly, melted at 1800~1900 ℃, and then cast into shape. Generally, zirconium corundum bricks can be divided into several grades according to the content of ZrO2, such as three grades of 33%, 36% and 41%. They have high melting point, good chemical stability, and strong corrosion resistance to acid and alkaline media, especially molten glass.
