Refractory Runner Bricks Ingot Casting Brick Flow Steel Brick Sleeve Brick Central Brick Foundry
Ingot steel casting runner brick refers to refractory bricks built in the trench of the bottom plate for ingots to connect the
steel bricks and the steel ingot mold. They are commonly known as soup road bricks. According to the material classification, runner brick can be divided into high alumina and clay. Fluid steel bricks need high fire resistance, good cracking resistance, and strong erosion resistance. The shape is regular, the channel is smooth, and the dimensions are accurate.
Runner bricks refers to the refractory brick used in masonry ingot, which is widely used in various steel grades (including stainless steel, various alloy steel) plate pouring steel. The product has high refractory, good collapse resistance and strong erosion resistance.
Refractory bricks for casting include a number of clay refractory bricks, high alumina refractory bricks, mullite refractory bricks of different shapes and sizes, mainly funnel bricks, center bricks, ingot casting brick, tail bricks, bottom bricks and plug heads, etc., with high refractoriness, large steel throughput, high strength and good thermal shock stability.
Feature of High Alumina Runner Brick: Made by high purity raw material,It may has the feature of anti-stripping, wear resistance, high strength, low porosity, etc according to different production process.High Refractoriness
Dimensions of High Alumina Runner Brick:
Except for the common sizes, some special shapes could be customized according to the customers' requirements
Application of High Alumina Runner Brick:
1. Steel furnaces;
2. Iron making furnaces;
3. Glass kiln;
4. Ceramic tunnel kiln;
5. Cement kiln;
