Fire clay insulation bricks are a type of lightweight thermal insulation material widely used in industrial kilns, boilers, hot air ducts and other high-temperature equipment. With their excellent insulation performance, stable chemical properties and good heat resistance, they have become one of the key materials for energy conservation, cost reduction and improvement of thermal efficiency. Insulation bricks are made of bauxite, mullite, kaolin and other raw materials, which are screened and evenly mixed with binders, and then fired at high temperature after pressing.


The lightweight, heat-insulating and fire-resistant clay bricks we produce are widely used in furnace lining, chimney construction, kiln insulation, pizza ovens, etc. They have a wide range of applications and the fire-resistant bricks can withstand temperatures up to 1400℃. They have excellent energy-saving performance, reliable insulation and a long service life. Clay insulation bricks are classified by shape into standard bricks and special-shaped insulation bricks. Customized lightweight insulation bricks with a density of 0.60 - 1.25g/cm3 can also be accepted. The working temperature is 900℃ to 1600℃, and they have good thermal shock resistance.
