Leadsun ceramic fiber board is a high-quality lightweight refractory material, made from high-purity alumina silicate fibers, and is capable of withstanding continuous working temperatures up to 1430°C (2600°F). 


The ceramic fiber board is manufactured through advanced vacuum molding technology. It features a uniform and sturdy structure with excellent mechanical strength. Compared to traditional ceramic fiber blankets, it can better withstand high-speed airflows. This makes it an ideal inner lining solution for high-temperature industrial equipment such as furnaces, boilers, pipes and chimneys. 


Furthermore, due to the extremely low thermal conductivity and negligible thermal capacity of the ceramic fiber board, this material can significantly reduce heat loss and enhance energy efficiency. Additionally, it can accelerate heating and cooling cycles, shorten processing time, and allow for quicker access to the equipment for inspection and maintenance after operation. Its durability, thermal stability, and ease of installation also contribute to extending service life, reducing downtime, and making it suitable for demanding thermal applications.
