Leadsun ceramic fiber blanket is manufactured from long, flexible, interwoven ceramic fibers produced through advanced blown and spun processes. This structure creates a strong, lightweight, and highly durable insulation blanket, designed for high-temperature applications ranging from 1100°C to 1430°C.

Compared with traditional hard refractory materials, ceramic fiber blanket offers excellent heat resistance while delivering up to five times higher thermal insulation efficiency, significantly reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency in industrial furnaces and thermal equipment.
