Leadsun ceramic fiber textile range includes cloth, tape, twisted rope, and round and square stranded rope, all made from high-quality ceramic fiber material. These products can withstand continuous temperatures up to 2300°F (1260°C), making them suitable for various high-temperature insulation and sealing applications. For added strength, the rope variants are reinforced with fiberglass filament, with an optional Inconel or alloy steel wire reinforcement for enhanced oxidation resistance in extreme conditions.
These textiles contain a small amount of binder, which burns off at low temperatures during initial use and does not compromise insulation performance. To meet different application needs, we offer three rope constructions: twisted rope is soft and pliable for easy handling, while square and round braided ropes are denser and more abrasion-resistant, providing greater durability in demanding environments.
