High Alumina Castable Features Excellent High-temperature Resistance 1600°C-1750°C
High Alumina Castable is formulated with high-quality bauxite, mullite, andalusite or corundum as aggregates, combined with silica powder and α-alumina powder as micro powders.
Refractory cement is used as the binder, together with selected additives to enhance overall performance.
The formulation can be adjusted according to different application requirements. Compared with conventional dense castables, High Alumina Castable is suitable for operating under higher temperature conditions and offers significantly higher cold crushing strength.
