Refractory ceramic fiber board is manufactured using fully automated vacuum forming equipment, combined with scientific slurry control and a low-shrinkage formula. These ensure the board maintains excellent flatness and mechanical support even in extreme temperatures.
Through secondary pressing and directional drying, fiber bonding is further reinforced, resulting in superior thermal shock resistance and anti-pulverization performance.
Each board is CNC-calibrated before cutting, keeping dimensional error within +0.5mm. This significantly improves installation precision, reduces labor intensity, and prevents heat leakage caused by large panel gaps.
Refractory ceramic fiber board can be directly used as internal lining in the walls, doors, and roof sections of heat treatment furnaces. With its high strength and low thermal conductivity, it supports heavy thermal loads while effectively preventing thermal bridges and optimizing heat retention.
Even under continuous operation at 1100°C–1260°C, the board retains its form, resists shrinkage, and avoids spalling. This significantly extends furnace life, reduces maintenance frequency, and lowers operational energy costs.
