Fireproof Reinforced Calcium Silicate Partition Board
To mitigate the health and environmental risks posed by traditional asbestos-containing materials, and in response to tightening safety regulations and the growing need for high-performance, eco-friendly insulation, the building and industrial sectors have driven forward the development of asbestos-free calcium silicate board. Through ongoing process refinement and material engineering, this thermal insulation product has evolved to reliably endure continuous operating temperatures between 650°C and 1100°C.
Designed as a safe, non-asbestos substitute for conventional insulation, calcium silicate board delivers stable performance across a continuous service temperature range of 650°C to 1100°C. Advances in material processing have endowed the board with a favorable combination of low weight, low thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, ease of installation, long-term dependability, and outstanding durability. Offered in three standard grades—650°C, 1000°C, and 1100°C—it is well-suited for applications such as backup insulation for furnaces in the steel, petrochemical, ceramic, cement, and glass industries, as well as for fireproofing in building construction.
