- High refractoriness (1770–2000 °C grade): Retains strength and shape in the hottest working zones of industrial kilns and furnaces.
- Dense, uniform structure: The formed high alumina brick body has a uniform grain structure, high bulk density and stable volume after firing, providing a reliable base for heavy furnace masonry and long service life.
- Excellent slag and corrosion resistance: Resistance to slag attack, alkali vapour and flue dust erosion keeps the brick surface intact where aggressive melts, ash and hot process gases contact the kiln wall and lining joints.
- High refractoriness under load and low creep: Carries the weight of tall kiln walls without deformation in glass tank furnace, cement rotary kiln and reheating furnace service.
- Good thermal shock resistance: Prevents spalling and cracking under rapid heating, cooling and burner flame changes during daily kiln operation and shutdown.
- Precise dimensions and tight tolerance: Standard brick dimensions narrow the mortar joint, speed up dry laying and raise masonry accuracy on large industrial furnace rebuilds and new kiln projects.

MOQ is product-dependent and flexible. Trial-friendly items such as mullite insulation bricks and ceramic fiber products can start from 1 piece/roll; bulk products like fireclay bricks usually start from 500–1000 pieces. We welcome trial orders to validate quality first.
