High temperature resistant fire brick engineered for demanding thermal environments. LEADSUN mullite insulating bricks are manufactured from bauxite, mullite, kaolin and other selected raw materials, making them suitable for service temperatures from 1260 ºC to 1550 ºC. Each grade is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements, and after firing the bricks are machined to close dimensional tolerances.
These insulating bricks offer low thermal conductivity, light weight, high porosity, effective thermal insulation and good thermal shock resistance. They are mainly used in industrial equipment linings, insulation layers, kiln door backing, roofs and other high-temperature parts.
