Description:

Bauxite is also called bauxite or bauxite. Its main component is alumina, which is a hydrated alumina containing impurities and is a kind of earthy mineral. White or off-white, brown or light red due to iron. Density 3.45g/cm3, hardness 1~3, opaque, crisp. Extremely hard to melt. Insoluble in water, soluble in sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide solution. It is mainly used for aluminum smelting and refractories.

Calcined Bauxite (aluminum-containing soil; bauxite) is also known as bauxite or aluminum ore. Bauxite is produced by calcining bauxite at high temperatures. The content of alumina in bauxite clinker exceeds 50%, with a density of 3.45 grams per cubic centimeter. The calcination can be carried out in vertical kilns, reverberatory kilns, or rotary kilns. The calcination temperature is usually between 1450 and 1600 degrees Celsius. The specific calcination temperature should be determined according to the grade of bauxite. Refractory bauxite products are the basic materials for industrial high-temperature equipment. With their characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and moderate cost, they are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, and chemical industries.
