Our CA-series High Alumina Cement (also known as Calcium Aluminate Cement or refractory cement) is a high-performance hydraulic cementing material manufactured by grinding clinker with calcium aluminate as the main component. With alumina (Al₂O₃) content ranging from 50% to over 77%, it serves as the critical high-strength binder for manufacturing premium low-cement and ultra-low-cement refractory castables.
This cement enables the construction and repair of all types of furnaces and kilns, offering excellent thermal insulation, acid erosion resistance, and high strength. It is particularly valued for urgent repair projects and demanding schedules where rapid setting and early strength development are essential.
Each grade is produced under strict quality control protocols, ensuring consistent chemical composition, stable physical properties, and reliable performance in high-temperature environments up to 1800°C. The material features low impurity content (SiO₂, Fe₂O₃, R₂O), which significantly enhances high-temperature performance and corrosion resistance compared to ordinary cements.
